Park reservations can be made by visiting https://www.madisontownship.net/parks-calendar or by calling (440) 428-5128. 

Once a reservation is made, you must complete the reservation form below and take a check made out to Madison Township to the Township Administration building located at 2065 Hubbard Road within five business days.   Your deposit will be returned to you if all of the guidelines outlined in the reservation form are followed.
